Jennifer Aulick starts Aulick Engineering, LLC on January 10, 2011 at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport. First contract/project – Athens-Ben Epps Airport Runway 27 Extension.


Aulick Engineering brings on three key team members who serve as leaders of the firm today.


Kate Henry joins Aulick Engineering as an Owner.


Aulick Engineering turns 5 and has 10 employees, has completed 118 projects, and has 26 clients.


Aulick Engineering grows to 20 employees and moves into its new (and current) corporate headquarters in Chamblee.


Aulick Engineering sees significant growth with 10 new hires and several big projects. Virtual Happy Hours kept us connected!


Aulick Engineering celebrates 10 years!


Aulick Engineering opens an office in Columbia, South Carolina, marking its third location.


We added 3 news states to our portfolio in 2023: Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi!

Jennifer Aulick Etheridge, PE, MBA

Founder & President

Jenn founded Aulick Engineering in 2011 and serves as President of the company. She has over 20 years of experience with a focus on hydraulics & hydrology and erosion control design for surface transportation and aviation projects in the southeast.

Kate Henry, PE

Vice President

Kate joined Aulick Engineering as a co-owner in 2014 and serves as Vice President. She has over 15 years of experience and specializes in providing services such as airport design, airport grant funding advisement, general civil site design, erosion control design, and airport and site construction management.

Matt Shuler, PE

Engineering Operations Manager

Matt joined Aulick Engineering in 2013 and serves as Engineering Operations Manager. With over 10 years of experience, Matt specializes in roadway, drainage, and erosion control design as well as MS4 compliance on surface transportation projects.

Dave Skurky, PE, CFM

Engineering Services Manager

Serving as Engineering Services Manager, Dave has been with Aulick Engineering since 2013. He has 20 years of experience with an emphasis on stormwater and erosion control for surface transportation and aviation projects.

Danny White

Construction Services Manager

Danny has been with Aulick Engineering since 2013 and serves as Construction Services Manager. He has over 30 years of experience in construction management, airport project inspection, and construction administration services on aviation projects.

Andrew Wright

Assistant Construction Services Manager

Andrew joined Aulick Engineering in 2014 and serves as Assistant Construction Services Manager. He has 15 years of experience with a focus in special inspections, on-site project management, construction materials testing, and erosion control inspections for roadway and airport projects.

Jennifer Lott, PE

Business Manager/Engineer

Jennifer has been with Aulick Engineering since 2018 as the firm’s Business Manager and oversees human resources, accounting, and administrative functions for the company. She also applies her 15 years of design experience to surface transportation projects.

Alicia Brown

Marketing Manager

Alicia joined Aulick Engineering in 2020 as the firm’s Marketing Manager. She has over 15 years of experience in the A/E/C industry and provides marketing and business development efforts for the firm.
